Frequently asked questions
What is Reducart?
Reducart is a free browser extension, with a website, that gathers promo codes for your online stores and can try them at checkout for you.
How does Reducart work?
On a store page you open the extension: it lists the known codes. If you ask, it tries them one by one in the promo code field and keeps the one that lowers the total. It never presses the pay button.
Is Reducart really free?
Yes. When you buy after following a Reducart link, the store may pay us a commission. It does not change your price.
Which browsers are supported?
Chrome and Chromium-based browsers, plus Firefox. Versions published in the extension stores are coming soon.
Which stores are supported?
A growing list by category: fashion, electronics, travel, food, home, beauty, sports. Find them on the Stores page.
Does Reducart collect my personal data?
Without an account, only an anonymous identifier and the code attempts you run. With an account, your name and email. Details are in the privacy policy.
Will Reducart slow down my browser?
No. The extension only acts when you click it and is not loaded into every page you visit.
What if no code works?
It happens: a store may have no active offer. Reducart says so clearly and you pay nothing extra.
How do I contact support?
By email at help@reducart.com, with an answer within 24 to 48 business hours.
